Booking Terms and Conditions
• Unless otherwise noted, fares are round trip. Fares incl. all fuel surcharges, our service fees and taxes.
• Tickets are non refundable, non transferable, non-assignable.
• Name changes are not permitted.
• Fares are subject to change without notice.
• Fares subject to availability.
• There is a higher probability of seats being available at this fare on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and may require a Saturday night stay at your destination.
• Lowest fares may require an advance purchase of up to 21 days.
• Certain Blackout dates may apply.
• Holidays and Weekend travel may have a surcharge.
• Other restrictions may apply.
• Transportation Security Administration (TSA) needs the following information
(Passport info- Visa info- Date of Birth – Us Address – phone – other country name – phone).

• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. Customers desirous
for a Travel should be holding Visa, a valid ticket travelling onward Airlines and
booked. A2ZServices will not be responsible for and will not be liable for Customers
not been able to travel due to denied boarding,offloading,No show, cancellation of
flight, delays or and any other cause or circumstances beyond A2Z Services control.
Neither Airlines nor A2Z Services shall be liable in the case of any change in the
date of travel not being communicated to us.
• Ticket and fare are valid only as issued. These tickets are non-refundable and
non-changeable. If allowed, fees will apply for any changes. All changes must be
made prior to your schedule departure. Airlines may change their penalty fees without notice.
If you are unable to travel, you must call the A2Z (travel agency) or the airline prior to your
scheduled departure and cancel your flights.
Your ticket will have no refund/reissue value if you “NO-SHOW” for any of your flights.
Please reconfirm your flights with the airline 3 (three) days prior to each travel date.
Passengers are responsible for verifying that their Passport is valid 6 (six) months beyond
the scheduled return date, as well as any Visa requirements for each destination.
